Full height wooden custom doors hide behind a frosted glass façade. They lead into a foyer where Gaetano Pesce´s iconic Up Series chair awaits you. The apartment features 4m high ceilings, recessed floor lighting, and a studio quality recessed ceiling lighting system throughout the loft.  All lighting systems are set on dimmers.  

Step down into the open living space and find the great room- where you will find a red leather mid century sofa,  Javier Blanco´s Signed Kubik all bullet proof glass Chair, a mid-century raw wood and black formica coffee table and a wooden ottoman sculpted from a root branch of a teak tree.  The space is dominated by a 2 x 4m giant cork pin-board where a giant map of the neighborhood and the adjacent Montjuic cultural area is there for you to plan your day, see previous guests recommendations and share with others your own. 

A built in bookcase provides warmth and character to the space, while on the wall adjacent you will find the Central AC control panel, and the Intercom (with integrated closed circuit TV).  In one corner you will find the ipod station connected to a built in sound system that provides digital sound throught the property.  The space has its own half bath featuring slate floors, Noguchi inspired sink, wall mounted toilet and bidet and a circular mirror.  

From the living room you arrive in the kitchen dining area.  A Saarinen inspired dining table sits four in a playful set of three white and one yellow Eiffel Chairs.  Atop the table, a mid-century metal lamp provides mood lighting for dinner and your guests, that perfectly complements the recessed floor lighting. The kitchen dining area is adjacent to  a glass enclosed, pebble ground private patio with trees and shrubs-   It lights (email hidden)e kitchen is an open plan model kitchen with marble counter tops, built in sink, dishwasher, full refrigerator and full freezer, gas range with five burners and a professional grade oven.  Plenty of cabinet space is found over head and below the counters where a full kitchen battery awaits the eager cook.  5 and 3l pots, a small casserole and a teflon frying pan for heat, a glass oven proof Pyrex dish, a composite black chef standard cutting board, a chef´s knife and a full china setting for 6 including a Pasta bowl, Dinner Plate and dessert plate, and a 6 piece cutlery setting for six.  Plenty of kitchen accessories from wine openers, bottle cap openers, as well kitchen utensils are there for your disposal.   There is also a Nespresso coffee maker for your convenience.

Plenty of glasswrae of different sizes is here to try out your inner barman-  including ice tray, tumblers, tall glasses, and martini glasses of course.  A private barman workshop can be arranged upon request.

 From the kitchen you step through the glass gallery on your way to your ensuite bedroom.  The gallery includes 3, floor to ceiling 2x4m closets (!!!) and recessed floor lighting.

The bedroom (email hidden) platform bed, with down pillows and comforters. The bed is dressed in a grey cotton chenille with matching tube headrest pillow and a grey cashmere throw.  The room is dominated by a large Italian 70's geometric print.  

The en-suite bathroom is an oasis of calm.  It features low lighting, slate floors and a built in slate tub with rain shower.  There is a wall mounted toilet and an oval bowl sink atop a wooden counter top, all this behind a glass wall sitting behind large wooden planks louvered to create privacy and overlooking the garden.  Simple bliss.
